Will has represented clients in criminal matters in the federal courts in Scranton and Williamsport, Pennsylvania.  He has worked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Pennsylvania to negotiate favorable outcomes for clients and has persuaded judges to sentence clients below the recommendations of federal prosecutors.
