Will has represented clients in numerous FTC investigations.  These cases involve federal statutes and regulations that give the government broad powers to investigate and charge people for misrepresentations to consumers and allegations of unfair trade practices.

Will uses his experience as a litigator to advise clients on how to respond to FTC allegations and challenge them in court.  He also uses his experience in previous investigations to help clients develop a strategy for obtaining the best outcome in an FTC investigation.

In particular, Will has defended clients’ interests in negotiations with the FTC and helped clients avoid fines and penalties in connection with settlement agreements.
