Will is admitted to practice in the federal courts in Eastern Tennessee, such as the ones in Knoxville and Chattanooga.  And he has experience responding to the kinds of letters and grand jury subpoenas that prosecutors in this district send to the subjects and targets of their investigations.

Will is not admitted to practice in the state courts in Tennessee, but has worked with local lawyers on state court cases.
